To request rush production or expedited shipping, please contact customerservice@amsale.com for assistance or call or text 212-583-1700. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $75. Swatches ship at a flat rate of $1.95. Please note, signature is required for all dress deliveries. This is to ensure the safe delivery of your Amsale dress, no exceptions are made to this policy. Signature is not required for swatch deliveries.

For international shipments, please reach out to customerservice@amsale.com for estimates on shipping rates. For all destinations outside the US, duties and taxes are owed by the recipient at the time of delivery.

Return policies

Amsale does not accept returns on any orders. All of our garments are made to order. There are no returns or exchanges, no exceptions. This policy applies to all online orders, including bridesmaid dresses and swatch samples. Please note that payment will not be refunded even if the event is cancelled, without exception. Amsale assumes no responsibility for any changes in your measurements for any reason. Any alterations needed will be the customers’ responsibility. We are happy to provide recommendations for an alterations specialist in your area, please contact us at customerservice@amsale.com.
